A Message from the President

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make service adjustments to help fight the spread of COVID-19.  While the Fuller Information Technology office is temporarily closed, we have several options to continue to serve you during these uncertain times:

Our employees are able to work from home thanks to our robust network and our Allworx phone system.  For your convenience, our hours of operation are still Monday‑Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.


Remote Access
Our technicians have the capability to handle many computer and network problems by connecting to a computer that is on your network. 


In-Person Appointments
If you have equipment here for repair and need to pick it up, please call to arrange an appointment for pickup.  We are temporarily suspending accepting any equipment for bench-work repair. 


On-Site Service Appointments
In order to help stop the spread of COVID-19, we are only permitted to consider on-site service for urgent and emergency situations to support businesses that are defined as “Essential Businesses” by the Department of Homeland Security.  We will require that these visits are in clean environments and that all persons maintain proper social distancing.
